Chandra Prakash Verma’s career in the real estate sector is defined by resilience, dedication, and hands-on learning. He started at the absolute grassroots level, working in manual construction labor and painting. Through these early years on building sites, he developed a deep, firsthand understanding of construction quality, design layouts, and project development from the ground up.
He transitioned this practical experience into property advisory, doing his first brokerage deals with complete honesty and transparency. Over the last two decades, he scaled his operations to become a professional, RERA-approved agent, partnering directly with leading developers such as Mangalam, Emaar, Mahindra SEZ, Okay Plus, Shubhashish, Ansal Sushant City I & II, and Samanway Group.
Today, Chandra Prakash remains completely hands-on, providing direct owner-to-client consultation for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties across Rajasthan, keeping trust and legal transparency at the core of Baba Properties & Builders.
